It would be very interesting to have a default location, even if no Wifi network was present. This is important because i frequently change the screensaver lock settings, however, if i'm coming from a location where the screensaver was disabled, when a go to a new unknown location, there are no settings to apply because "there is no location".
This would be an automatic default location, which was selected if no other location was available.
